Dana Teppert

Dana Teppert is a consultant at Paradox Strategies.

Dana began her career at Harvard Business School (HBS) where she collaborated with Linda A. Hill, Greg Brandeau, Emily Truelove and Kent Lineback on the award-winning book on innovation Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation. Traveling to seven countries, she studied innovative Fortune Global 500 companies and co-authored recognized case studies with Linda about leading innovation used by top business schools.

Dana worked as a consultant for Architects of Group Genius, a boutique innovation consulting firm based in Milan. She collaborated with an international team to design and facilitate the incubation of new products and services, business strategies, and leadership development initiatives for clients in a range of industries. Dana also served as the Director of Program and Operations at Global Citizens Initiative Inc. where she was responsible for strategy development, program planning, operating, and staffing.

Dana graduated magna cum laude from Brown University where she received an A.B. in Literatures and Cultures in English with departmental honors.
