Scott is the president and founder of The Conser Group, a consulting firm founded in 1997 to provide questionnaire design, survey programming, survey hosting, data analysis, reporting services, and custom application development.  His specialties include 360° Multi-Rater Feedback, Succession Surveys, Board Assessment Questionnaires, CEO Evaluations, Executive Team Assessments, Performance Management, and Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
